We will explore the key groups of yoga postures... standing, forward folds, backbends, twists and sun salutations including how to use the breath to benefit your practice and ease you into meditation and relaxation. Learn how to make the yoga postures work you no matter your age, body shape or size... yoga really is for everyone!
