WHO'S josh

At 16 with a strong desire to learn more about yoga I followed an old friends advice and went to India to my second Teacher Training course with the Sivananda Yoga Vedanta Organisation. I studied Raja Yoga, Bhakti Yoga, Karma Yoga and Jnana yoga over the course of 4 weeks, and they were the most life changing weeks so far in my life.  I  am now back in my home town after living for many months in the Sivananda centre’s in London and France and am here to share with you all that I have learnt and accessed so far  on my Journey

WHO’S NATALIE

My interest in Yoga developed over the last 12 years while I was traveling the world as a professional dancer to help increase my strength and flexibility. I’d always been inspired by the Yoga you see in the media... headstands, interesting postures, 90 year old ladies balancing on one arm. But it wasn’t until I succumbed to an injury that I started to experience the many benefits of Yoga for myself.

Not only did it aid in my recovery but it also had a sense of keeping me calm through the uncertainty of my dancing career. I began to notice small changes in myself... how i viewed situations differently, the feeling I had after my practice and the way it would set me up for the day ahead to make the most of everything.
