For the past 20 years I have studied and practiced yoga here and abroad with many beautiful yoga teachers this led me to train as a teacher in London with Conrad Paul of Yoga Professionals and the Sivananda lineage. I am also qualified as a yoga teacher trainer and assessor.
My classes are traditional Hatha yoga and are open to everyone, created to suit the energy and level of each individual so they can be challenged and inspired. I incorporate pranayama, bandhas, mudras and meditation with emphasis on alignment.
I also teach a monthly Partner Yoga class and workshops where there is more time to explore the different asanas that can then be integrated in to each students practice.
My interest in meditation lead me to write my second book so everyone can 'Start The Habit' and benefit from the practice of stilling the mind and calming the body. The first book I wrote is about Partner Yoga with full instructions so students can continue practicing outside of the studio.
I have a deep passion and love of yoga and how it makes the body feel, I enjoy sharing my knowledge and helping students on their journey, encouraging them to honor their abilities both on and off the mat.
