Partner yoga is inclusive and suitable for all levels of yoga practice and experience. It is a fun and creative way of increasing our trust and communication while deepening our practice and ability to relax into each posture
Yoga helps to release stress and tension and when you practice with a partner it cultivates a physical and emotional support it also creates a sense of balance.
You can come with a partner, friend or family member but it's not necessary to have a partner. £15 per person
