Meditation Workshop with Sarah Collins

Meditation can be made easy and it is accessible to EVERYBODY. Like learning any new skill sometimes we need guidance and encouragement to find our way there. That is the purpose of this meditation workshop. 
There are different types of meditation but they are really just different pathways to the same place. My goal is to simplify everything so that you can go away with an understanding of the basics and begin a successful, enjoyable practice that will make a real difference to your life. 
We will start small and build from there. During the workshop you will try some simple short guided meditations with time in between for questions and discussion. 

Meditation has been in my life for many years, I have tried and tested many different types. I have found my way through the common difficulties we all face when trying to come inwards and learn to master our inner world of thoughts and feelings. I look forward to sharing what I have learnt with you.
