What is Ashtanga yoga? 

Why do we practice? What is the goal?

If Asana (postures) is only 1/8th of the practice why do we start there? 

Join us for a Mysore class followed by a talk/discussion on the Eight Limbed path of Ashtanga Yoga. Focussing on the first two limbs the Yamas and Niyamas. 

Suitable for all levels and abilities. Complete beginners welcome.
