Partner yoga is inclusive and suitable for all levels of yoga practice and experience. It is a fun and creative way of increasing our trust and communication while deepening our practice and ability to relax into each posture
Yoga helps to release stress and tension and when you practice with a partner it cultivates a physical and emotional support it also creates a sense of balance.
You can come with a partner, friend or family member but it's not necessary to have a partner.
No need to bring any equipment, we have mats and props for you to use here at the studio. Just bring yourself and wear loose/flexible clothing. Yoga is better practiced in bare feet but if you prefer to wear socks, the non slip kind are ideal.
Please arrive 10 minutes before the workshop starts so that we can show you around and complete a short contact form.
Fiona has been teaching yoga for 9 years and practicing for 18. Her passion for teaching has grown over the years from travelling and experiencing many styles of yoga from all over the world and this is something she likes to bring into her classes.
You may cancel a workshop/event/course up to 5 days before class. If you early cancel, you get a full refund.
Cancelling a workshop/event/course within 5 days or failing to attend a booked workshop/event/course is non-refundable. You may pass a booking onto a friend at no extra cost, however we must be notified of the change by email if a friend will attend in your place.
