Posture Awareness Course 

Feb 10th and 17th

During the month of February the focus will be on The Warriors and Triangle Asanas




These workshops are designed to give you the tools to develop a safe integrated asana practice, finding a lightness that will help you move towards being in the rhythm of your practice. Becoming lighter in your practice will give you the courage and mindfulness to move into the pose that might otherwise resist.

The detailed practice will be looking at the building blocks of different asanas and how to integrate the whole body into each posture, while learning a little about the Indian Mythology of the pose. 


Being mindful of your own body throughout, you will then improve your posture awareness and breath control brining a meditative aspect to your practice.

Prepare for your workshop

No need to bring any equipment, we have mats and props for you to use here at the studio.  Just bring yourself and wear loose/flexible clothing.  Yoga is better practiced in bare feet but if you prefer to wear socks, the non slip kind are ideal.

Please arrive 10 minutes before the workshop starts so that we can show you around and complete a short contact form.



You may cancel a workshop/event/course up to 5 days before class. If you early cancel, you get a full refund.

Cancelling a workshop/event/course within 5 days or failing to attend a booked workshop/event/course is non-refundable. You may pass a booking onto a friend at no extra cost, however we must be notified of the change by email if a friend will attend in your place.
