Program

YOGA | PRANAYAMA | MEDITATION | GONG SOUND BATH | NUTRITION WORKSHOP | WINTER BRUNCH

Join us for a mini retreat to help you recharge after the hectic festive period. We invite you to take time out and focus on self-care, and to set your intentions for the year ahead.

The day will begin with a playful, relaxed Ashtanga practice, followed by pranayama and meditation. Beautiful healing sounds of a Gong Sound Bath will then take you into deeper realms of relaxation.

After a fresh mint tea break there will be a workshop on Nutritional Health followed by a very well-earned hearty Winter brunch.

9.30- 10.00 Arrive and settle in

10.00- 11.15 Ashtanga practice with Jo Kemp

11.15- 11.30 Pranyama and Meditation

11.30- 12.00 Gong Sound Bath with Ben

12.15- 12.45 Light refreshments and Nutrition Health Workshop with Whitney

1.00- 2.00 Winter Brunch with Charlotte, OAT KITCHEN


2.00 Closing ceremony

Prepare for your workshop

No need to bring any equipment, we have mats and props for you to use here at the studio.  Just bring yourself and wear loose/flexible clothing.  Yoga is better practiced in bare feet but if you prefer to wear socks, the non slip kind are ideal.

Please arrive 10 minutes before the workshop starts so that we can show you around and complete a short contact form.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

You may cancel a workshop/event/course up to 5 days before class. If you early cancel, you get a full refund.

Cancelling a workshop/event/course within 5 days or failing to attend a booked workshop/event/course is non-refundable. You may pass a booking onto a friend at no extra cost, however we must be notified of the change by email if a friend will attend in your place.
