What is transformational breath?
Transformational Breath® is a gentle, simple technique that helps people to open up the full potential of their breathing system for better physical and emotional well-being. It teaches a pattern of conscious breathing that is natural, safe and healthy and which can have many benefits, including increased energy, better immune response and increased ability to deal with stress in a healthy way.
 
What are the benefits?
Transformational Breath® is an amazing technique that works on 3 levels. 
 
1- The physical level has a great deal of health benefits. The cells of the body rely on oxygen and energy for fuel. When we don’t breathe very well these cells don’t have enough fuel and so start to malfunction. Transformational breath opens up the breath pattern so we get topped up with a lot more oxygen. It also cleanses toxins from the body, boosts the immune system and takes the body out of flight and fight mode (stress) and into the healthy, rest and relax mode.
 
 

2- Mental and emotionally - Because transformational breath utilises very specific breathing patterns to energetically access and transform stored material in the subconscious; such as old unfelt emotion, negative thoughts and unresolved traumas. We feel lighter and happier than ever before. The mind calms and the emotions clear.

3- The third level is a pathway to deep meditative states and connection to your inner self.

What can you expect?
Arrive at the session in comfortable loose clothing and Celia will guide you through the easy stages of Transformational Breath® and techniques to practise daily at home. You will be lying on a yoga mat or two, so please bring extra support for your back, cushions, blankets and anything else to make your experience a comfortable one.

Prepare for your workshop

Wear comfortable clothing and bring a blanket and pillow with you.  We have Mats at the studio so no need to bring one with you unless you prefer to use your own.  Please arrive at least 10 mins before the workshop to allow time to check in and familiarise yourself with the surroundings and staff.

CANCELLATION POLICY

You may cancel a workshop/event/course up to 5 days before class. If you early cancel, you get a full refund.

Cancelling a workshop/event/course within 5 days or failing to attend a booked workshop/event/course is non-refundable. You may pass a booking onto a friend at no extra cost, however we must be notified of the change by email if a friend will attend in your place.
