Our 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training is more than just a course: it’s a sacred journey into the heart of yoga. Designed for seekers, practitioners, and future teachers ready to embody the wisdom of this ancient path, this training invites you to explore yoga as a living practice and a way of life. You’ll dive deep into the yoga of body, mind, heart, and breath, a powerful journey of self-inquiry, integration, and transformation. It is a space to remember who you are, reconnect with your purpose, and live yoga as a path of healing, service, and awakening. 

Rooted in the foundational principles of Hatha yoga and inspired by the creativity of modern Vinyasa, this training bridges the spiritual depth of yogic philosophy with the intelligence of functional anatomy and movement literacy. You’ll be guided by skilled facilitators and supported by a like-minded community as you develop the clarity, confidence, and presence to teach in a way that is both embodied and impactful.

FACILITATORS

  • Shannon will be your lead teacher throughout this 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training, guiding and supporting you every step of the way on this exciting and transformative journey. A highly experienced E-RYT 500 teacher, Shannon has led trainings and retreats across the globe, sharing her knowledge and love for yoga with students from all walks of life.

    With a genuine passion for helping others uncover their unique voice, she creates a safe, nurturing space where you can show up authentically and explore your practice with depth and curiosity. Her teaching blends intelligent sequencing, functional anatomy, and yogic philosophy with a deeply intuitive and heart-centered approach.

    Shannon encourages presence, self-inquiry, and embodied learning, supporting you to build both confidence and clarity as you grow into the teacher you're meant to be. Her extensive experience in leading teacher trainings allows her to hold space with grounded wisdom, clarity, and compassion.

Whether you’re stepping onto the path of teaching or immersing in this journey for your own personal growth, Shannon’s guidance will empower you to explore with authenticity, compassion, and confidence.

  • Meet Caroline, a passionate and experienced yoga teacher who is committed to sharing the how and why of yoga with all her students. She is an E-RYT500 teacher with over 8000 hours of teaching experience, gathered from teaching and sharing yoga since 2011, as well as teaching and mentoring yoga teachers since 2015. 

    Caroline shares anatomy-informed yoga classes, is fascinated by the mind and body connection, and likes to weave Western and Eastern approaches to moving into her classes.

    She has a dedicated study to the world of functional movement, nervous system health and brain health with a fine eye and passion for neuroplasticity and injury prevention. Her goal is to help her students learn more about their own unique skeleton and become their own best teacher, taking the practices of yoga on the mat into their day-to-day lives off the mat as well. 

    Her passion for Yoga and all things anatomy, wellbeing and functional movement elated stems from her own athletic background. She came to yoga initially with a desire to better understand her mind and body after continuous injuries from various long-distance and track running events, alongside the realities of stress and burnout from her previous corporate world existence. 


    After being previously based on Nusa Lembongan island in Bali, teaching for nine years and organizing frequent yoga retreats and training sessions at a lovely shala, she now teaches in-person workshops, training and classes in Devon, UK where she is currently based.

  • Krystalyn Norton is a transformational coach, yoga educator, and sonic alchemist with over a decade of experience facilitating 200- and 300-hour yoga teacher trainings around the globe. As a guest teacher, she invites students into a rich exploration of the body, voice, and subtle realms, blending ancient wisdom with embodied, modern practice.

    Rooted in classical Tantric lineages and enriched by studies in Peruvian shamanism, Vajrayana Tibetan Buddhism, and sattvic coaching, Krystalyn’s offerings draw from deep wells of tradition while honoring the soul’s evolving journey. Her specialties include:

    • Somatic Movement – cultivating awareness through embodied exploration

    • Conscious Communication – heart-centered dialogue for clarity and connection

    • Nāda Yoga & Sound Alchemy – unlocking the power of vibration, mantra, and resonance

    • Prana Shaping – aligning energy through breath, posture, and subtle body awareness

    • Trauma-Aware Presence – integrating nervous system regulation and intuitive facilitation

    Krystalyn teaches from a place of reverence and realness—bridging sacred and practical, mystery and method. Expect poetic cues, grounded transmission, and a few laughs along the way.

  • Charlotte is an Ayurvedic practitioner, educator, movement guide and retreat facilitator and is currently building the Aligned Living Collective. With her work, she helps overworked, sensitive, and burnt-out souls reclaim seasonal rhythm so they can create space, reconnect with themselves, and build the inner capacity to meet life with more presence and ease. She’ll be offering an Ayurveda Yoga module on the TYF 200hr YTTC programme based on her 50hr Ayurveda Yoga Immersion training. This workshop will provide the foundational understanding of the lineage of Ayurveda and its methodologies including doshic theory, the Five Elements, as well as ways in which yoga teachers can integrate its teachings into their own practice.

  • Verity is passionate about guiding others on their journey of self-discovery through yoga, coaching, and transformative retreats. With over 13 years of experience, she creates spaces that invite reflection, growth, and healing—supporting individuals to reconnect with their inner strength, clarity, and purpose.

    As a Senior Yoga Teacher and specialised Yin Yoga trainer, Verity brings depth, insight, and compassion to everything she offers. Her classes, workshops, teacher trainings, and retreats are designed to be deeply nourishing and empowering, blending intelligent, accessible practices with a grounded understanding of the body, mind, and emotional landscape.

    Verity's approach is rooted in the belief that each person holds the wisdom they need to heal and evolve. Through a unique fusion of yoga, mindful self-inquiry, and coaching principles, she helps people cultivate balance, resilience, and joy—on and off the mat.

    Exploring the barriers we put up to limit our own self growth.

  • Yogic Community.

    Understanding what yogic community is and how to cultivate it is enabling, supportive, challenging and liberating.

  • Consciousness

    What is the difference between conscious and subconscious, subconscious and unconscious? What is the relationship between consciousness and awareness, awareness and attention?

    What do the yogic texts say about consciousness? What does contemporary science say about consciousness? Let’s find out and grow together in consciousness.

  • Science of Yoga.

    How does the body actually work? How does meditation affect the brain? Why do we feel good when we do certain practices? What are the areas we need to pay attention to, what might be compromising our wellbeing if we are not aware of it?

  • Yoga as Medicine.

    Traditionally yoga was to elevate beyond the the physical dimension, however its modern day usage is somewhat more therapeutic. We will explore this in depth.

  • The prerequisites for joining the course are a minimum 2 years of regular practice including classes, workshops, retreat attendance or regular 1:1’s. As well as a telephone interview with our lead teacher.
