Our Classes

  • Yoga Flow combines creative vinyasa flows with seated and standing postures, back bends and balances that are seamlessly linked with the breath.

These classes are as much about the transitions as the asana and will help you build strength while improving your fitness, stability and balance.

These are open level classes that are softer the Dynamic Flow classes.

  • Dynamic classes are open level but can be more physically demanding.

These classes link fluid movement with breath in a way that is designed to improve flexibility and stamina.

This class is great for practitioners who are looking to work up a sweat.

  • All the benefits of a flow class with the added bonus of extra relaxation.

After moving and stretching the body, raising the heart rate and releasing tension, the teacher will guide you through a series of passive postures often with the use of props and blankets and ends with a long savasana.

    All students are welcome.

  • Restorative & Nidra classes focus on deep rest.

Depending on the teacher, the classes begin with gentle somatic movements or supported restorative poses and move into either Yoha Nidra (yogic sleep) or Meditation.

Expect physical, emotional and energetic release and calming of the nervous system.

No yoga experience required, just a desire to relax and optimise your own well-being

  • Bio flow begins with flowing somatic movements inspired by Qi Gong, followed by deep, connected, conscious breathing.

This particular combination of movement and breath allows us to notice stagnant energy which can then be freely released.

Although very simple, by surrendering to our internal wisdom, this work can go quite deep if we let it.

We finish each class with time for integration with sound vibration accompaniment.

    All levels of practice welcome.

  • Yin helps us to calm the nervous system and pay attention to our mind.

Poses are held between 3-5 minutes to nourish joints, ligaments, tendons and fascia and help us cultivate stillness in body and mind.

This is a meditative and quiet practice suitable for students of all levels and experience.

  • Pregnancy is one of the most amazing experiences of a woman’s life. Many women are surprised by bodily changes and sensations during this special time so a yoga practice can help address some of these changes in a positive way.

Yoga has long been recognised, by doctors and midwives, to be one of the most effective means of easing birth and common symptoms of pregnancy.

Breathing techniques learnt in prenatal yoga can be used at any time during pregnancy and after. The breathing exercises relax the nervous system and bring increased oxygen to the body and therefore the baby. Many women find them very useful during labor to help deal with the surges and later to sooth the baby.

Pregnancy yoga is different from general yoga. Yoga poses are adapted to accommodate the changes in the body and help relieve some of the common ailments, often associated with pregnancy such as: backache, heartburn, nausea etc. By practicing yoga, the body is strengthened and toned. Many women find that through yoga they gain mental and physical comfort; feel more supported and calmer on their big day. Also they regain their shape and fitness quicker after giving birth.

Yoga during pregnancy is generally very safe and is a great way to connect with your baby. The classes are also an opportunity to meet other mums-to-be who live locally.

Suitable for complete beginners or seasoned yogi mums over 12-13 weeks pregnant (usually after first scan).
