How to find us

Go to the end of Short Street (the road where the Royal Mail Sorting office is).  Just before the Aviva bus station turn into the last road on the left (this is a small industrial estate called Victoria Business Park).  The Yoga Factory is the first Studio on the left (number 8).  You can park on the forecourt, or in the evening or weekends when our classes are busier you can park in any of the spaces of the units surrounding us, please avoid parking in the spaces of the unit opposite TYF as they are constantly in use.

Short Street Buddy Scheme

During dark evening we run a Short Street Buddy Scheme, meaning that no-one needs to walk to London Road on their own at night.

Make a Buddy - If you are attending an evening class solo and would like someone to walk with you to the end of Short Street afterwards, just let us know on reception and we will pair you up with a Buddy.

Be a Buddy - If you are walking that way or can even offer a lift to the end of Short Street, you can volunteer to be a Buddy after your class. The more Buddies we have the better this system will work, so please let us know at reception if you would be happy to help others feel safe!
