With a background in wealth management in London and corporate consultancy in Dubai, I understand the high demands and pressures of corporate life. My career began in high-stakes environments where productivity, resilience, and performance were essential. Alongside my work, I trained as a boxer for over a decade, cultivating discipline, strength, and focus. But as my career progressed, I found myself seeking something beyond the traditional approaches to wellness and resilience.
