  • OWNER, TYF

    With a background in wealth management in London and corporate consultancy in Dubai, I understand the high demands and pressures of corporate life. My career began in high-stakes environments where productivity, resilience, and performance were essential. Alongside my work, I trained as a boxer for over a decade, cultivating discipline, strength, and focus. But as my career progressed, I found myself seeking something beyond the traditional approaches to wellness and resilience.

    This search led me to meditation and yoga, practices that offered a profound shift in how I approached both work and life. Through dedicated practice, I discovered not only physical benefits but also a renewed sense of clarity, balance, and inner calm—qualities that I believe are essential in today’s fast-paced world.

    Now, as the owner of TYF, I am passionate about sharing these transformative practices with others, especially those in high-performance roles. TYF’s wellbeing programmes are crafted with an understanding of the demands professionals face daily. My aim is to offer accessible, effective sessions that help teams and individuals reduce stress, enhance focus, and foster resilience.     With a leadership background in asset management, I have always been focused on high performance and understand the pressures of striving for excellence in both work and life—and the challenge of maintaining balance.

    My curiosity about the mind-body connection grew as I sought to reconcile my drive for high performance with my wellbeing.
    Through holistic and somatic practices such as yoga, breathwork, meditation, and Pilates, I experienced a profound transformation that restored balance and significantly improved my quality of life.

    As a business leader, coach, yogi, wife, and mother, I deeply understand the challenges high-performing professionals face.

    My personal transformation sparked a desire to help others experience the same benefits in their own lives, particularly in the workplace, where taking time out during the day can make a big difference—something I never fully embraced until I realised its importance. I aim to make these practices accessible, relatable, and free from any misconceptions about yoga, meditation, or holistic wellness.

Tailor-made to help you prepare for high-stakes situations—whether that’s a crucial meeting, presentation, or making a business-critical decision—this program goes beyond traditional training methods for high performers. Through practices like breathwork to enhance focus, power postures for self-assurance, self talk and visualisation techniques to mentally rehearse, you’ll gain the tools to connect mind and body, ensuring you’re fully equipped to achieve outstanding outcomes.

4-week

Week 1: Breathwork (Fundamentals)

Week 2: Standing postures to awaken the body and find balance.

Week 3: Seated postures to improve mobility and release tension.

Week 4: Mindfulness to promote mental clarity and relaxation.

Frequency: 1 hour per week

Workstation

Experience the benefits of yoga and mindfulness without ever leaving your desks. Tailored for those with tight schedules or limited mobility, these sessions can be seamlessly integrated into the workday. The program promotes relaxation, improves mobility, reduces stress and enhances overall wellbeing.

6-week

Week 1: Breathwork (Fundamentals)

Breathwork/Meditation

Whether you're in the office, travelling, commuting, or at home. These techniques integrate seamlessly into your daily routine, empowering you to enhance your well-being wherever you are.

With just 10 minutes a day, our accessible practices help you improve energy, boost mental clarity, and address challenges like insomnia—giving you the tools to take control of your well-being and create lasting positive change.

  • Offering yoga and mindfulness programmes in the workplace has numerous benefits including improved focus, productivity, enhanced physical and mental health, increased resilience and promotes work-life balance. It also bolsters team cohesion and morale.

  • Sessions can be virtual or at your workplace in a conference room, breakout room, or a dedicated wellness space. Some of our programmes are specifically designed to be conducted at a workstation. Space doesn’t have to be an issue. We will help to assess and set up the appropriate area.

  • If equipment is needed it can be provided, or participants can bring their own.

  • While even a single session can offer valuable benefits, we recommend regular sessions to experience the full transformative effects. Consistency is key when it comes to building strength, improving flexibility, and cultivating a deeper sense of mindfulness and balance in daily life.

  • Yoga and mindfulness is for everyone, no matter your flexibility or experience level. In our workplace sessions, the focus is on gentle movement, breathwork, and relaxation, rather than on achieving perfect poses. The goal is to feel better, not to compete or be perfect!

  • We understand that time is a valuable resource. Our sessions are designed with you in mind, even if you join us for 10 minutes you will feel more relaxed, focused, and energised, boosting productivity throughout the day.

  • Try it again… ours is very different. It’s also common for people to have misconceptions about yoga, often thinking it’s only for those who are flexible or enjoy deep meditation. In reality, yoga is much more than that—it’s about moving your body, relieving tension, and reconnecting with yourself. Even simple stretches and mindful movements can offer huge benefits, especially for those with sedentary jobs. These movements help improve posture, increase energy, reduce stress, and can even prevent discomfort or pain caused by long hours of sitting. Our workplace sessions are designed to be accessible, practical, and focused on your well-being, no matter your prior experience or preferences.
