I discovered my love for Pilates during the lockdown. During this time, I was able to reflect on myself, and Pilates became my greatest source of support.
I truly believe my purpose is to help others transform their bodies, build their confidence, and rediscover joy. Pilates has given me all of this, and now I want to share it with others.
Pilates is more than just exercise; it’s a better way of living. I can't wait to share my passion with you all on the mat.
You can expect to challenge your strength and awaken your body with a dynamic power Pilates class that combines a yogic focus on mind-body awareness, along with strength, flexibility, and stamina.
Suitable for all levels.

I’m Angela, I’ve been practicing yoga for over 25 years. I fell in love with the practice when I was travelling round Australia. I found it brought me a sense of space in my crazy teenage mind. When I came home I continued to practice, being a single mum at that point I treasured the time on the mat, it brought me calm, space, clarity and patience.
When I completed my 200YTT it was never to teach, I never wanted to be at the front, I did it for my own spiritual growth. However a few years ago, something changed inside, so many parts of my life started clicking into place. I love to teach, heal and give people the space to feel inside their bodies and connect.
I bring so much to my classes, being a holistic therapist and counsellor, I like to combined these elements together, creating unique classes beyond the asanas.

I first fell in love with Yoga in my late 20s and although it has always been in the background of my life it wasn't until I decided to take my 500+ hour YTT training in 2017 that I began to understand just how magical it can be especially as we become older. I love how yoga is a journey that can support us through all aspects of our lives and yoga often makes me feel like I am coming home to myself which is something I hope I encourage everyone to when they practice with me.
I also love how it can be adapted, whether we want a dynamic strong practice or a gentle restorative session to suit our emotions and needs.
As well as teaching Yoga & Yin, I am also a fully qualified YTT Tutor, Fitness Instructor, Pilates & Barre Teacher, Nutritional Therapist and Menopause Awareness coach and can often be found imparting little bits of each of these modalities into classes.
I hope to see you on the mat soon.

My yoga journey began in 2017 when I discovered the transformative power of the practice. It became a space to cultivate strength, embrace stillness, and reconnect with my body and mind. Traveling through Europe, Thailand, South America, and Indonesia, I experienced the universal language of yoga, finding inspiration in every local class. This connection deepened during my 200-hour YTT at the Yoga Barn in Bali, where I gained insight into asana, meditation, breathwork, and the art of holding space.
As a teacher, I aim to create a warm, inclusive environment where students of all levels feel supported. My flowing, creative sequences honour the diversity of all bodies, offering modifications and challenges to meet individual needs. Beyond the mat, I find joy in movement, music, art, nature, and building meaningful connections within my community.

I never imagined yoga would be for me. But as a single mum with limited time for myself, I decided to give it a try. Once my boys were old enough, I started attending a weekly class at Garrons—and it changed everything. I fell in love with the physicality of yoga and how it supported me in creating a healthier, more balanced life.
Inspired, I embarked on a 200-hour Ashtanga training course. It was a challenge—taking me three years to complete—but that journey taught me patience and perseverance. When everything finally clicked, I felt a profound shift and a renewed sense of purpose.
Since then, yoga has become a cornerstone of my life. I’ve continued to expand my knowledge, exploring further trainings, hosting retreats, and discovering new ways to grow and share this incredible practice. My classes are spontaneous, challenging, and infused with the belief that we are always evolving.
I look forward to sharing the journey with you.
