FAQs

  • Compression boots use intermittent pneumatic compression, which basically means they inflate and deflate to create pressure at different points on the leg, helping to improve blood flow.

  • Yes. Sessions are £10 for a 20 minute session or £40 for 5 sessions

    Members have access to the boots for free but you will still need to book your session.

  • A compression garment should not be worn in the case of circulation disorders in leg arteries or for those with serious heart conditions.

    Caution is also recommended in the case of sensory impairments due to diabetes and neuropathy (nerve damage).

  • Someone will be there to assist you set up for your first session. After that you are welcome to book, turn up and go ahead.

    There will always be a member of staff around to help should you need.

  • Yes! You are welcome to book a double session if you like. You can also have a 10 minute express treatment too.
